County attorney to resign
Cache County Attorney George Daines has confirmed to The Herald Journal that he will be resigning his position this morning. Two years into his second term, Daines said he will personally deliver his letter of resignation to County Executive Lynn Lemon. Today will be Daines’ last in office.
